This simple, traditional tonic is credited with a variety of rejuvenating properties and often taken to relieve fatigue. Sho-Ban should be made with a high-quality, additive-free soy sauce, like that supplied by Mitoku. A little grated ginger can also be added.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mitoku Organic Kukicha Tea
  • Few drops Mitoku Organic Shoyu Soy Sauce

Preparation Method

  1. Put one or two teaspoons of shoyu in a cup.
  2. Add hot kukicha to fill the cup.
