While Mitoku's Organic Miso Powder is an ideal addition to savoury stews and sauces, its saltiness also works well as a flavor enhancing contrast to the sweetness of desserts.


  • 4 bananas (sliced/frozen)
  • 100ml coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • some vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp Mitoku Organic Miso Powder
  • some nuts

Preparation Method

  1. Leave the frozen banana at room temperature to soften a little.
  2. Combine the coconut milk, oil, and vanilla. Make sure the mixture has formed into a completely smooth liquid.
  3. Place the banana and salt in a blender and blend, then slowly add the coconut mixture until it gets smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container and put in the freezer overnight.
  5. Serve the ice cream in a bowl and top with plenty of miso powder and nuts of your choice.
